Carlos made me feel a proper wimp when he turned up to my studio. Apart from being a tad taller than me (and that’s saying something as I’m 6’1”) Carlos looks after himself rather better than I do too, with a gym body that would be the envy of all who survey.

Having said that, he really is a gentle giant with a genuine love and respect for his family.
